Internal Team Registry
All internal-facing pages for the Mastery Lab sprint — execution phases, cohort days, meetings, and ops docs. Each entry includes the strategic "why" so the team understands the system, not just the pages.
The 5 phases + global dashboard are the internal playbook. They define what we build each day, which tools get deployed, and what outcomes we're tracking. The 2nd-order effect: by having every phase documented as a live page, any team member or AI agent can pick up where another left off. The system runs without single points of failure.
| Page | Description | 2nd-Order Effect | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Global Execution Dashboard | Master overview — 5 phase cards, 30 tools, funnel visualization, timeline | Single URL gives any team member or AI full context on where we are and what's next. Eliminates "what are we doing?" meetings. | View Download |
| Phase 1: Foundation | Days 1-3 — ICP, Offer Architecture, Voice Calibration. Tools 1-6. | Foundation quality determines everything downstream. Bad ICP = bad outreach = bad close rate. This phase prevents building on sand. | View Download |
| Phase 2: Validation | Days 4-5 — Validation & Proof. Tools 7-11. | Validation before outreach means we never pitch something the market doesn't want. Saves weeks of wasted effort. | View Download |
| Phase 3: Outreach | Days 6-7 — Outreach & Engagement. Tools 12-15. Green gradient. | First contact with real prospects. The outreach quality here determines pipeline depth for the rest of the sprint. | View Download |
| Phase 4: Deliver Value | Days 8-10 — Workshop, Follow-up, Audits. Tools 16-22. Purple gradient. | Value delivery before asking for money. The workshop creates social proof in real-time. Audits give us ammunition for the close. | View Download |
| Phase 5: Proof & Close | Days 11-14 — Social proof, launch, objections, close. Tools 23-30. Red gradient. Revenue target $4,500-7,500. | By now prospects have seen the workshop, received the audit, and watched us ship. The close is a formality — not a pitch. | View Download |
Each day page is a standalone playbook — tools, scripts, quality gates, and expected outcomes. The 2nd-order effect: cohort members can work asynchronously. They don't need a live call to know what to do today. This is what makes a 90-day program scalable — the pages do the coaching, the calls do the accountability.
| Day | Focus | Why This Day Matters | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | ICP Definition + Offer Architecture. Phase 1. | Everything starts here. Wrong ICP = 13 days of wasted outreach. This day has the highest leverage of the entire sprint. | View DL |
| Day 2 | Content Engine + Voice Calibration. Phase 1. | Voice calibration means every output sounds like THEM, not like AI. This is what makes outreach feel authentic at scale. | View DL |
| Day 3 | LinkedIn Strategy + First Reconciliation. Phase 1. | First quality gate. Connect-only LinkedIn (no pitching), three-channel strategy. Corrections applied here propagate through all remaining days. | View DL |
| Day 4 | Validation & Social Proof. Phase 2. | Validation before scaling. Better to learn your offer needs adjusting on day 4 than day 12. | View DL |
| Day 5 | Pipeline Setup + Automation. Phase 2. | Automation goes live. From this point forward, the system works even when they're not actively pushing. | View DL |
| Day 6 | Send Looms + Direct Outreach. Phase 3. | First direct outreach. Personalized Looms cut through noise — 80% open rate vs 20% for cold email. | View DL |
| Day 7 | Workshop Promotion + Mid-Sprint Reconciliation. Phase 3. | Mid-sprint reconciliation catches drift. Workshop promotion creates a forcing function — public commitment to deliver. | View DL |
| Day 8 | Workshop Delivery + Recording. Phase 4. | The workshop IS the product demo. Attendees experience the value firsthand. The recording becomes a permanent sales asset. | View DL |
| Day 9 | Workshop Follow-up + 1:1 Offers. Phase 4. | Strike while the iron is hot. 1:1 offers to warm workshop attendees convert at 3-5x cold outreach rates. | View DL |
| Day 10 | Deliver Audits + Extract Reactions. Phase 4. | Free audits = give massive value + collect testimonial-grade reactions. These become the ammunition for days 11-14. | View DL |
| Day 11 | Build Social Proof Assets. Phase 5. | Transform raw reactions into polished social proof. Case studies, testimonials, before/after — the closing toolkit. | View DL |
| Day 12 | Launch Announcement. Phase 5. | Public launch creates external accountability. The announcement itself generates inbound interest — people want what others are buying. | View DL |
| Day 13 | Follow-up & Objection Handling. Phase 5. | Most sales happen after the 3rd-5th touch. Day 13 is where the patient follow-up and prepared objection scripts close the gap. | View DL |
| Day 14 | Final Push + Sprint Close & Retrospective. Phase 5. | Retrospective captures what worked for the NEXT sprint. The system gets better every cycle. Revenue compounds, not just effort. | View DL |
Meeting pages aren't just notes — they're decision logs. Every pivot, correction, and strategic shift is captured as a live page. The 2nd-order effect: when a new team member asks "why do we do it this way?", the answer is a URL, not a 30-minute explanation.
| Page | Description | Key Decision Captured | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 GTM Meeting | GTM strategy, team roles, pricing architecture | Initial pricing tiers, role assignments, go-to-market sequence. The foundation all other decisions build on. | View DL |
| Day 3 Reconciliation | LinkedIn pivot, 3-channel strategy, key corrections | Pivoted from pitch-first to connect-only LinkedIn. Introduced hand-raising with agitation. Changed everything downstream. | View DL |
| Day 2 Corrections | Corrections applied retroactively after Day 3 reconciliation | Shows the system is self-correcting. Mistakes caught on Day 3 get applied backward to fix Day 2 materials. | View DL |
| Global Sprint Reconciliation | Full sprint reconciliation — all corrections applied across all days | The "single source of truth" for what changed and why. Any discrepancy between a day page and this doc = the day page needs updating. | View DL |
Operational docs make the system teachable and repeatable. The 2nd-order effect: when we onboard cohort members, these pages ARE the onboarding. No separate training materials needed — the documentation is the product.
| Page | Description | Strategic Role | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design System | Typography, colors, component patterns for all Mastery Lab pages | Visual consistency = perceived professionalism. Every page looking "right" builds unconscious trust. | View DL |
| ICP Targets (25 Experts) | 25 expert targets for outreach — LinkedIn profiles, domains, strategies | Named targets with personalized approaches. This is the "fishing holes" exercise done for real — proof the playbook works. | View DL |
| 14-Day Sprint Overview | Internal sprint structure — daily breakdown, tool assignments, milestones | The compressed version of what cohort members do in 90 days. Proof we can do it in 14 — credibility for the $5K sprint tier. | View DL |
| Live Session Concept | Live intelligence session format — internal concept doc | The conversion event design. Needs public-facing version with booking. Internal doc defines format; public version sells it. | View DL |
| PRD: Async Playbook | Internal PRD for the agentic playbook v2 — 3-input flow, 2-path AI (text + voice), 8-card rich report, email gate | Spec that became v2: 3 inputs (niche, ICP, voice) → API → 8-card personalized AI report → email gate. Now shipped. PRD serves as the canonical record of design decisions made before build. | View DL |
Meta-level docs that govern the system itself. The 2nd-order effect: these pages make the entire operation discoverable by AI agents. Any LLM that can fetch a URL can understand our full system from the meta-registry down.
| Page | Description | Strategic Role | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Issue Tracker / PRD | 17 issues — C1-C4, H1-H3, M1-M7, L1-L3. Features F1-F4. | Living PRD that any team member or AI can read to understand what's built, what's broken, and what's next. | View DL |
| API Manual | NowPage publish API reference documentation | Enables external systems (Forge VPS, CI/CD, AI agents) to publish pages programmatically. The API is how the system scales beyond manual builds. | View DL |
| Meta Registry | Registry of registries — AI discovery entry point for the entire system | One URL to rule them all. Any AI agent starts here and can walk the entire registry tree to understand everything we've built. | View DL |
