Phase 1 (Days 1-3) built the foundation — ICP research, pain validation, hand-raising content, engagement signals. Phase 2 turns those signals into assets a prospect can act on. By end of Day 5 you will have:

3 live pages with working CTAs + 1 interactive demo playbook. A prospect could visit any page and take action without a sales call.

Before building assets, verify: ICP documented with specific pain phrases (Day 2), hand-raiser engagement data from Day 3, and at least 3 hand-raisers identified. If missing, go back and complete Phase 1 first.

Day 5 Success Criteria
1 Loom URL (shareable, under 5 min, Frankie's formula) + 15 personalized messages drafted and reviewed by team. Messages queued but NOT sent — Phase 3 is where they go out.
Pre-Flight: Day 4 Assets Must Be Live
Your Loom video walks through pages built on Day 4. If those pages have bugs, broken links, or missing content, fix them before recording. A video showing broken pages is worse than no video. Budget 30 minutes for fixes if needed.
