What: Interactive form where users answer questions (not copy-paste prompts). Server-side processing generates personalized report. Top of report visible, rest blurred behind email gate. E4-E5 teased after unlock.
Why: Controls the method (users never see prompts). Creates shareable report URLs (organic distribution). Captures emails. The "magic" gap makes them want us as the chef in their kitchen.
Needs: Redesigned playbook page (form UI), API route (/api/playbook/generate), report template, email capture.
Public Live Session Booking Page Build

What: Public-facing version of the live intelligence session. Next date, Calendly embed, "what to expect" preview. Gated by assessment — must score 18+ to register.
Why: Live sessions convert at 5-10x vs landing pages. Assessment gate ensures room is full of qualified people — peer quality IS the social proof. Date creates urgency (FOMO).
Needs: New HC page, Calendly integration, assessment check (could use localStorage score or redirect through assessment first).
5-Day Email Course Rewrite Rewrite

What: Rewrite with "abundant but leave a gap" framing. Show HOW to do each step (ICP, pain mapping, outreach, workshops, closing). Be genuinely helpful. But withhold exact prompts, agent configs, and system architecture.
Why: Creates reciprocity (they feel helped, not sold to) while making them realize: "I could do this myself in 6 months... or have the team who built it guide me for 90 days." The gap between knowing and executing is the product.
Needs: Content rewrite of 5 email days. Maintain existing page structure.
Beta Landing Page Update Update
