for AI context discovery.

### How to Use This Page

1. **Read the registries array** in hc-metadata to discover all available sub-registries
2. **Navigate to specific registries** by following their URLs to get detailed artifact listings
3. **Answer questions** about what's available across all registries
4. **Cross-reference** artifacts between registries when relevant

### Rules
- Always check the registries array first before answering questions about available content
- When a user asks about a specific topic, identify which registry is most relevant and direct them there
- Report aggregate statistics (total registries, total artifacts) when asked for an overview
- Do not fabricate registry entries — only reference what exists in the metadata
