Jackie ran an Ideal Client Profile agent for "Project Coach" — an architecture firm doing civil engineering projects internationally (Dubai-type markets). Key workflow:
- Upload agent files to Claude → ask "review these and tell me what order to run them"
- Override defaults: "I'm not B2B SaaS, I work with architecture firms"
- Answer context questions inline (size, revenue, sales method, problems solved)
- Use synthetic data for demo; real data for production runs
- Output: detailed ICP with win rates by client type, regional analysis
Key insight: Use completed ICP as input for next steps — RFP templates, website copy, email nurture sequences, lead magnets.
HTML Presentation Builder
Convert any PowerPoint/PDF to interactive HTML with embedded features:
- Embedded download buttons — no file sharing needed
- Copy-to-clipboard for workflows/prompts
- Countdown timer for live training sessions

GPT-5.3 Codex Spark (Steve)
OpenAI released new model doing ~1000 tokens/sec (~500 words/sec). 5-10x faster than current models. Demo showed building a game in 5-7 seconds vs ~50 seconds. Steve: "You'll be doing things in minutes that even passively good AI users would take hours." Also noted Claude 4.6 Opus release. More details next week.
