D1. Monetization is the North Star
Agreed unanimously. Revenue generation ($10K/month near-term) is the overriding priority and "clarifying force" for all strategic decisions. Everything else is secondary until cash flow is established.
D2. Fast Track Coaching is the Anchor Product
Will identified this as the "easiest floor" on the staircase. It requires the least build time, serves 30-50 people with a few hours/week of work, and generates high-margin recurring revenue.
D3. Premium Pricing: $500-$1,000/month
Not a $27 commodity. Not a $97 school. Premium coaching at $500-$1,000/month. 30 people at $1K = $30K/month. Asymmetrically better revenue-to-effort ratio than a School-style community.
D4. Three Parallel ICPs
All three customer segments run concurrently but are "shackled at the ankles" — they advance together. (1) JV Expert Targets (2) Fast Track Members (3) 14-Day Sprint Product Buyers. Each feeds the next.
D5. Gated Entry with AI Readiness Assessment
Pass/fail assessment to filter time-suck participants. Too beginner = waitlist. The gate is an anti-sell mechanism: "you have to apply." Keeps it high-ticket and exclusive. AI-enabled assessment dogfoods the product.
D6. 14-Day Sprint Starting Late February
Last two weeks of February. First sprint = launch the Fast Track product (dogfooding the framework). If it fails, start a new 14-day sprint. Pick a thesis, execute, pivot or double down.
D7. Branding: Mastery Labs
"Lab" positioning wins over Mastermind, Incubator, or Skunk Works. Mastery Labs = cutting-edge, intimate, hands-on. Mastery OS = the tech platform. Mastery Made = the marketplace / PE arm. Fits the website as already positioned.
D8. No School Platform
Too much maintenance for the revenue. Instead: own web pages for content, Telegram or WhatsApp for async community, live calls for coaching. Keep it lean, keep it premium.
D9. Beta Pricing with Guarantee
Seed the first cohort with targeted invites at beta pricing ($300 vs. $2,500+). Require skin in the game — no free seats. "You don't even have to pay till 6 weeks in." First 5-10 people get grandfathered pricing.
D10. Playbooks as Premium JV Outreach Tool
Build playbooks proactively for target influencers. Demo live on calls. Charge $2K-$10K per package (5-10 pages). Modeled after Dickie and Cole's premium ghostwriting model. Not per-word commodity pricing.
D11. Derek's Role: GTM Driver
Derek drives people into Fast Track and reaches out to experts for guest framework sessions. Also helps with content/marketing cadence. Will to align him before Friday.
D12. Lab Members Get Alpha Access to New Products
Fast Track members are the first to test new products — 30-day exclusive alpha access. This is part of the value prop for joining the lab and solves the validation hub problem.
A1. Align Derek on GTM Plan
Will By Fri Feb 13
Talk to Derek before Friday. Get him re-centered on priorities: driving people into Fast Track, expert outreach, content/marketing cadence. Address drift signals.
A2. Coordinate Nico Partnership
Will By Feb 21
Reach out to Nico about affiliate partnership. His community members are ideal Fast Track candidates. Explore co-branded or affiliate model for referrals.
A3. Friday Tech Roadmap Call
Will + Jason Feb 13
Friday call covers: tech roadmap of what Jason is building, finalize if Monday Feb 16 is Day 1 of the 14-day sprint, and bring Derek in (second half).
A4. Build 14-Day Sprint Framework
Jason By Feb 14
Continue defining the 14-day sprint structure: Day 1 planning, MVP definition, distribution channels, signal metrics, KPIs, dependencies, "good enough" thresholds. May need a 48-hour planning sprint first.
A5. Claude Code + Publisher Bridge
Jason Ongoing
Continue connecting the dots on the transcript-to-publish pipeline. Drop file in folder, Claude Code processes, publishes to live HC page. Working prototype active today.
A6. Define Fast Track Validation Page
Will + Jason By Feb 16 (Day 1)
Create the validation/landing page for Mastery Labs Fast Track. Include: offer details, pricing tiers, AI readiness assessment gate, beta guarantee, target date or member threshold for launch.
A7. Derek: Expert Outreach + Fast Track Pipeline
Derek (via Will) By Feb 21
Derek to drive prospects into Fast Track and reach out to subject matter experts who can share frameworks in group coaching sessions. Use it as a conversation piece with Athio leads.
A8. Decide Sprint Day 1
Will + Jason Feb 13 (Friday Call)
Confirm whether Monday Feb 16 is Day 1 of the 14-day sprint. If yes, the sprint runs Feb 16 - Mar 1 (last 2 weeks of February). Determine sprint-zero planning needs.
B1. Bridger Dropped Out
Bridger is too focused on generating his own revenue to pay attention to the ecosystem. He wanted to do high-ticket sales instead of selling the operating system. Jason sees this as a "big red flag" — if the OS were ready and compelling, it should be an easy sell. Mitigation: use playbook approach to build something for Bridger's high-ticket program as proof of value.
B2. 14-Day Sprint Framework Not Yet Defined
Jason has started working on the framework but it needs focused attention. Building a voice agent vs. building a business around a voice agent are very different scopes. The framework needs to account for: MVP definition, distribution, signal metrics, edge cases, payment, support, and "good enough" criteria. May need a 48-hour planning sprint before the 14-day sprint.
B3. Derek Drift
Jason is sensing drift from Derek. Will confirmed Derek has extra time and is looking for revenue. Risk: without clear re-alignment, Derek may not be pulling in the same direction when the sprint starts. Will to talk to him before Friday and get him engaged on the GTM plan.
