Real-Time Publishing from Transcripts
Jason demoed publishing a live page during a call using Tactiq transcripts. The proof-of-concept on studio.masterymade.com showed real-time generation of work lists and summary pages while still on the call. Derek had the live link before the previous call ended.

Multi-Tenant Publisher (NowPage)
Jason built a multi-tenant publishing system over the weekend — any website (Athio, Career Navigator, etc.) can publish content in real time. DNS auto-provisioning still blocked but the core multi-tenant infrastructure works. Planning to productize as a lean micro-SaaS.

Execution Tracker / Sprint Sheets
Jason created an end-of-day project that consolidates all daily work (chats, docs, code sessions) into published execution dashboards. Generated from team call transcripts with real-time Google Sheets integration. Links are shareable and reconcile week-over-week.

Framework vs. Experience Strategy
Key strategic decision: frameworks should be quick dopamine hits (5-10 min) that extract Bridger's core value propositions. Experiences are longer temporal plays with gates. Link frameworks together into experiences. The tree frameworks should be broken into micro-frameworks first.
Decided
Bridger JV Status & Alpha Plan
Derek addressed communication gap directly — ran into Bridger in person. Need 5 core frameworks for alpha testers. Aaron (intern) identified as fastest route to understanding what Bridger's audience actually pays for. Can't wait for Bridger — take a shot at the impossible.

Athio Funnel — Critical Path
Hosting blocker remains the #1 issue. Pivoted from "100% functional/dirty" to minimum viable (Calendly or email capture). WhatsApp thread started for hosting resolution. 48-hour forcing function: ship by Jan 23 or kill the milestone.

Brad / Tiger Quest
Strategically paused until Athio ships. Brad is ready to roll when team is. Previous landing page needs Big Marv positioning removed and refocus on proven ICP. Won't start until Athio proves out to prevent split focus.
Paused
Samuel Scope Alignment
Will to call Samuel this week. Scope creep identified — Samuel treating the collaboration as a full startup. Could be useful as a white-glove workspace if expectations are aligned. Potential friendly launch opportunity if Bridger/Brad delay further.
This Week
Voice Agent (0 to 1)
Zero-to-one voice agent running on local. Working but not live. Gaps identified and documented. Part of the broader product roadmap.
Local Dev
RAG Database v2 / Knowledge Graph
New agent with RAG database is faster and better. Working on v2 with knowledge graph approach. Added caching and agent skills-type architecture using YAML metadata headers so agents only load what they need. Reduces token costs significantly.

Token Management & Caching
Token bills getting expensive with testing. Implementing app-level caching, progressive loading, and agent skills architecture where metadata headers let agents skip irrelevant content. Critical for autonomous workflow cost control.

User Resource Gallery
New feature: all user-generated artifacts stay inside the app instead of being downloaded to messy folders. Auto-saves everything created. Supports folders and external uploads. Derek called it "an amazing user experience." Solves the "where did I save that?" problem.

D1.
Frameworks = Quick Wins, Experiences = Deep Journeys
Frameworks should be 5-10 minute dopamine hits extracting Bridger's core value. Experiences are longer temporal plays. Link micro-frameworks together into gated experiences. Break existing tree frameworks into smaller pieces first.
D2.
Strategic Pause on Brad/Tiger Quest
All Brad work frozen until Athio ships. Prevents split focus during critical Athio push. Brad is ready and willing — will resume after Athio proves out.
D3.
Athio Pivot to Minimum Viable
Changed from "100% functional/dirty" to Calendly or email capture by Jan 22-23. Build incrementally after baseline ships. Hosting must resolve first.
D4.
Build for Bridger's Paying Audience First
Not building for discovery or new audience. Building for people who already pay Bridger and want another way to access his thinking. Different business model than teaching.
D5.
Use Aaron as Framework Intel Source
Aaron (Bridger's intern) is the fastest route to understanding which frameworks people actually pay for. Derek's access is to Bridger's peers, not his paying customers. Aaron bridges that gap.
D6.
48-Hour Forcing Function
Everyone delivers by Jan 23 or the milestone gets killed. No "almost done." Derek: hosting + min viable site + frameworks. Will: hosting support + Samuel call. Jason: unblock decisions + validate scope.
