STEP 1 — GENERATE OFFER VARIATIONS
Paste your ICP profile + pain map from your Market Intelligence Report. Add:

"Based on this ICP and their pain points, generate 3 offer variations I could sell. For each offer include: (1) A one-sentence offer statement: 'I help [who] achieve [outcome] in [timeframe]', (2) Suggested price range based on the value delivered, (3) What I'd actually deliver (keep it simple — no courses, think consulting/done-with-you), (4) The buying trigger that would make someone say yes NOW."

STEP 2 — WRITE YOUR ONE-PARAGRAPH PITCH
Pick the offer that feels most natural. Paste it back and add:

"Write a one-paragraph sales pitch for this offer. Write it as if I'm explaining it to a friend at a coffee shop — conversational, confident, specific. Include one proof point or social signal. End with a soft next step, not a hard sell."

STEP 3 — PRICE CHECK
Paste your best offer + your ICP's company size/revenue data and add:

"Is this price appropriate for this ICP? If they're a [company size] company dealing with [pain], what would they expect to pay for this outcome? Am I undercharging? Give me a confidence-adjusted price recommendation."

Send your one-paragraph pitch to ONE person. Not to sell — to get feedback.
Pick someone from yesterday's LinkedIn search, a former colleague, or a friend who matches your ICP. Say: "I'm developing a new offering. Would you take 30 seconds to read this and tell me if it's clear?"
Reply to this email with what they said.
